first post

I had been toying with the idea of starting a blog, only because of the interesting things that my 4 year old says, or does, and the fact that generally I forget to write it down or record it, and thus feel like a bad mother because of it.  This way it is set in semi concrete and I can update it daily or weekly depending on how things are going.  My son is 4 years old and I work part time (15 hours) in a business where I was once a store manager and am now just a shelf stacker, but love it more, and he goes to day care (which he loves).  I love crafty things, but lack longitivity, and am constantly getting bored and moving from one thing to another.  Currently I am loving cupcakes and have been baking my arse off.  Unfortunately I don't tend to eat my own baking, so the numerous cupcakes have been going to my work, my hubbies work, and anyone who will stand still long enough to get given one.  Today's cupcakes were coffee/walnut cupcakes with coffee walnut buttercream, pretty fantastic looking if I do say so myself.
